In the resolution of a dispute arising specifically from business relations, a commercial litigator’s role* is to utilise their expertise in business and commercial law to maximise the likelihood of achieving the most favourable outcome.
*A commercial litigator is required after it has been determined that the two parties cannot reach a unanimous agreement by any other means.
